Vizinex RFID’s process unites our design and RFID consulting expertise with our flexible RFID tag manufacturing process to solve difficult and differentiated RFID problems.

As such, our process ensures that projects are executed on budget and on time. This allows for the true client-to-project transparency and streamlined workflows from concept to execution. Our process allows us to understand our clients’ needs to optimize solutions, resulting in superior RFID tag performance, durability, reliability, size and quality.

Here’s how our RFID development and manufacturing process works:

Step 1: Connecting With You

Before Vizinex RFID can design an application specific RFID tag, we need to get to know our clients. Our team works with clients from the start, listening to you tell us about your company, your business needs and what you want to accomplish with RFID Technology. Our engineers meet with you to brainstorm and determine most effective solutions to your business needs.

Step 2: Feasibility Review

Once we have a firm understanding of your business goals, we meet to determine your RFID requirements and specifications. This step allows us to understand potentially demanding packaging requirements, size specifications, industry specifications or regulatory requirements that must be taken into account.

Step 3: RFID Tag Development

In this stage, Vizinex RFID plans and controls the design and development of the RFID tag. We design a prototype that meets functional and performance requirement established by our clients, as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Once the sample of an RFID tag is developed it is tested by the end user … you. Based on your feedback, we either perform design alterations or move into the final stage of our development process.

Step 4: RFID Tag Manufacturing

Once the development process is complete and the client receives an RFID tag sample, Vizinex RFID manufactures the product. Final RFID tags are then tested and monitored, making sure that no deficiencies surface after RFID tags are in use.
